The Wielander & Schill German manufactured Express 800 Rivet Gun is suitable for all Automotive vehicle manufacturers where riveting is required, including self piercing and flow form rivets.

The impressive new rivet system XPress 800 from Wieländer+Schill will satisfy every riveting requirement and is awarded the "Bundespreis 2012" at the IHM trade show 2012 in Munich for outstanding innovative performance.

The modular technology of the device allows for the adaptation of many functional tools for different applications.

The actuator-based unit is the pneumatic -hydraulic pressure translator XPress 800.

The equipment system can optionally be combined with a series of hydraulic cylinders and the designated C-frames.

XPress 800 is a completely new modular tool concept. Incorporating new cutting edge technology, this innovative riveting system uses double drive pressure regulation.

It can be used for pressing out existing rivets or for fixing any type of rivet, blind rivet screw nuts and also it can be adapted to supply special solutions according to the customer’s specifications.

Thanks to the modular concept of this pneumatic-hydraulic riveting system, this modular tool system can be adapted at any time to suit the specific needs of any (car) concept or customer’s demands.
